Do I have to make an appointment?
Yes. We are appointment base only. We do not accept walk-in’s
Can I bring someone with me to my fitting?
We do recommend bringing one person preferably someone who can help you with your dress on your wedding day. Please do not bring your little ones, due to small space and risk of injury.
How many fittings do I need?
We suggest that you have 3 fittings.
What should I bring for my fitting?
Please bring the shoes you are going to wear with the dress.
How much will my alterations cost?
Every bride’s dress is different and unique so we cannot tell you until you come for your consultation with us. But you can reference the starting costs for different alterations we do.
How soon will my dress be ready?
There is no exact time period, it can vary from 1 month to 3 months. We also offer expedited service with an extra fee.
Are there any restrictions on dresses to alter?
We would have to see the dress itself before determining if we are able to alter it.
What are your payments policies?
We accept cash, check, and credit card.
